ERCOT, The Electric Reliability Council of Texas changes the grid condition from Weather Watch to Conservational Appeal. Conservational Appeal is in effect from 6am to 10am this morning. Due to continued freezing temperatures, high demand and low wind, ERCOT requests you conserve energy this morning. ERCOT is expecting similar conditions tomorrow.
