In Fair Oaks Ranch a lower tax rate would raise residents tax bills by up to 50 dollars. A no new revenue rate doesn’t have to be voter approved. If it did, then the tax rate per 100 dollars would increase. The proposed rate is from 33 cents to 30.5 cents per 100 dollars.
