Fair Oaks Ranch - investigative report

Fair Oaks City Council waived attorney/client privilege releasing the investigative report regarding their police chief. In July, 2 police officers made complaints against Police Chief Tim Moring. He was put on paid administrative leave in August. An independent licensed investigator interviewed the complainants and others. The investigation proved the allegations unfounded. Chief Moring was re-instated recently. Uncovered during the investigation, was an inappropriate relationship between the 2 officers making the complaints against Chief Morning.
