Fair Oaks Ranch UDC changes

Fair Oaks Ranch City Council sends their Planning and Zoning Commission back to the drawing board on the changes to the Unified Development Code. The City Council felt that the P & Z didn’t follow their guidelines for the changes to Sections addressing zoning regulations and subdivision design changes. Reports the Boerne Star.
