Fair Oaks Ranch - Wastewater bill to change

Citizens of Fair Oaks Ranch may see a change on their wastewater bill in April. Last year in August, the city adopted new wastewater rates and fees to cover cost of service. The April bill will reflect average winter consumption data from December to February.
