Sunday is Constitution Day. The Daughters of the American Revolution Fredericksburg Chapter is having a bell ringing at 3pm to commemorate the 237th anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution. Constitution Day is a holiday and the DAR encourage hill country communities to have a simultaneous bell ringing at 3pm.
