FBG - HOT grant applications

Hot Tax grant request applications are now being accepted in Fredericksburg. Entities that received funding in 2025 are required to submit an Annual Financial Report by Friday, Nov. 21, which is the application deadline. Funding is for events happening in calendar year 2026. Once received, the City Council, City staff and the Convention and Visitor Bureau will review the applications to ensure completeness and suitability based on state law requirements. On January 13 The City Council will then hold a Special Meeting to interview applicants.
