FBG - Scott Louis Panetti dies on Death Row of illness

Fredericksburg man dies on Death Row according to the Standard Radio Post. Scott Louis Panetti died in a Galveston Prison Hospital May 26th. Of respiratory failure. He had been on death row for over 30 years for killing his in-laws, Jose and Maria Alvarado. Panetti had been diagnosed with schizophrenia and paranoia which prevented his execution several times. His case set a precedent with the US Supreme Court.
