Fredericksburg - Alamo Springs Cafe to re-open

Alamo Springs Café is re-opening under new ownership according to The Boerne Life. New proprietors, locals Tony and Selena are using the original recipes with a few changes. No set date on the opening. A soft opening in November suffered a setback due to making a few changes suggested by the Health Inspectors. Alamo Springs Café is at 107 Alamo Road near the Old Tunnel State Park.
