Fredericksburg City Council city code amendments

Fredericksburg City Council recently discussed amending the City Code definition of establishments for sexually oriented businesses, vape shops, game of skill parlors and tattoo studios. Chapter 26 of the City Code may also be amended to include regulations on minimum distance requirements and operational standards of “Sexually Oriented Businesses” in relation to residential neighborhoods, schools, churches, parks, playgrounds and daycare facilities.
