Gillespie County registered voters can now apply to vote early by Mail. Applications available by February 23rd. Eligibility to vote early by mail in the March 5 Primary Election is you must be 65 years or older, sick or disabled, out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance, expected to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day or confined in jail, but otherwise eligible. The last day to register to vote is Monday, Feb. 5.
