Gillespie Co woman arrested for Jan 6

After observing a traffic violation recently, a Gillespie County Deputy conducted the traffic stop near the intersection of Aristeos Lane and Upper Live Oak Road. The deputy ran the license plate of the vehicle and discovered the registered owner had an active warrant. Upon contact with the driver, the deputy confirmed the warrant and arrested the driver, a 69 year old woman from Fredericksburg. The warrant was for Parading/Picketing/Demonstrating in a Capitol Building
