Gillespie - Former Constable resigns

Former Gillespie Constable Accused of Accessing Sexual Content on County Computer Across 24 Dates. According to The Hawk’s Eye Marshall Akin’s was indicted for one alleged offense in February. Now allegations show the former Gillespie County constable used government computer equipment to access pornographic or sexual content on 24 separate occasions between February and April including primary election day and after he won the Republican nomination. Akin resigned in May.
