Guajolote Ranch wastewater facility decision

The fate of the Guajolote Ranch Wastewater facility in Grey Forest is now in the hands of state judges according to expressnews.com. The wastewater facility. needed for a planned 3000 home Lennar development, would eventually end up sending over a million gallons of treated wastewater into the Helotes Creek which would flow into the Edwards Aquifer. TCEQ held a contested hearing last week. Their regulators found no compelling reasons to deny the permit. The state judges can only recommend a proposed decision.
