Extreme weather conditions expected this weekend in Texas including the Hill Country. Remember to use the four P’s. People – keep warm, stay indoors as much as possible. If needing to go out, layer up on clothing.     Pets – keep your pets indoors, if outdoors, have a safe, warm enclosure with plenty of water. Pipes – wrap your outdoor pipes. Indoors – drip your faucets, keep your under-sink cabinet doors open. Plants – bring your plants indoors or cover them.
