Hill Country measles cases

6 cases of measles reported in the Hill Country. Boerne reported its first confirmed case of measles last Thursday according to myboernenews.com.  Public health officials say the infection is linked to out-of-state travel and exposure connected to a Bandera County family of 5. Maggie Dominguez, Executive Director of Communications for Boerne Independent School District.  Said “We received a notice from the Public Health Department and confirmed the case isn't anyone within our district,” The cases are no longer infectious.
