The Hill Country SPCA receives a welcoming Christmas surprise. The non-profit is the recipient of a 250 thousand dollar grant. The David and Judy Norsworthy Charitable Trust chose HCSPCA as Judy had a passion for animal rescue. It’s the first grant given by the trust.
