Hill Country SPCA seeks donations

Hill Country SPCA is asking for donations after taking charge of 2 horses seized by Gillespie County Law Enforcement. They were found starved in cramped living quarters. The horses are being cared for under the Healing Hearts Program. Visit hillcountryspca.com to donate.
