Ingram - elementary students receive new shoes

Ingram elementary students starting off the new year with a new pair of shoes, courtesy of Kerrville’s Elks Lodge 2081. According to the Daily Times, this is an annual event for the Elks in partnership with The Shoe Department on Junction Highway in Kerrville.
