Ingram - faces water rate increase

Ingram residents will face an increase in their water rates according to the West Kerr Current. Aqua Texas filed with the Public Utility Commission to increase rates to their customers. Ingram has until July 25^th to deny or approve the rate changes. The City Council tabled action on the request to consult with their attorney in regards to planned improvements to the water system due to its many problems.
