Ingram - Superintendent Dr. Robert Templeton resigns

Ingram Superintendent announces resignation according to Ingram ISD. Dr. Robert Templeton spent 14 years in the superintendent position. The Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. to formally consider Templeton's voluntary retirement agreement and approve his successor. Assistant Superintendent Dr. Mindy Curran is expected to serve as interim superintendent when classes begin in the fall. Although he will not be working in public education, Templeton has taken a position in the private sector working with school districts and administrators.
