KCAS animal control facility contract approved

A new animal control facility contract was approved by Kerr County Commissioners. JK Bernhard Construction of Kerrville submitted a 6.78 million dollar bid. The amount is pared down to 5.8 million dollars. The new facility is to be built at Spur 100.
