KCSO busts crime ring




Kerr County Sheriff’s Office has arrested several people involved in an organized crime ring. In February, Thomas Paul Tucker was arrested for 2 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a controlled substance. He’s in Kerr County Jail under a 200 thousand dollar bond. Apparently, Tucker had an unknown amount of drugs at a residence. 3 other people were involved in selling them and have been arrested.  Jacy Leigh Rogers, of Kerrville, Brian Keith Williams, of Ingram, and Jason Thomas Robert Stumpf, of Ingram. A search warrant was executed in the 100 block of 7th Street in Ingram. Investigators recovered 6.4 lbs of marijuana. And obtained additional felony warrants for Engaging in Organized Crime. The bond amount for each suspect was set at $50,000.00. They were booked into the Kerr County Jail. On Tuesday, 2 more people were arrested and charged. Alyson Faith Jeffers, of Ingram, Ethan Martin Jeffers, of Kerrville.
