Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton won’t go to trial in April for his alleged fraud charges. A deal was made with the prosecutors. He just has to serve 100 hours of community time, pay 300 thousand dollars of restitution and he gets to stay in office. This ends a decade of delays. If convicted, Paxton could have gone to prison for life. Paxton just recently beat out impeachment. Reports AP news.
