Kendall Co money manager gets 20 years

Kendall County money manager sentenced to 20 years. Jefferson K. Villines III, (49) the operator of JKV Management Consulting LLC, was sentenced last Thursday. Villines has to pay about 232 thousand dollars in restitution to the victims. The fraudulent securities scheme defrauded multiple investors. Villines conviction was for his role in the fraudulent offer and sale of working interests in oil and gas wells in violation of the Texas Securities Act.
