New business park coming to Kendall County. Boerne Kendall EDC  reports that the Kendall County Commissioners Court voted unanimously, 5–0, to approve both the final plat and financial guarantee for Freedom Place Business Park, marking a major milestone for this long-awaited project. Located along I-10 at Upper Cibolo Creek Road, Freedom Place is 82,000 square feet of seven buildings of office and warehouse space designed to serve small and mid-sized companies. A significant portion of profits from Freedom Place industrial business parks is dedicated to the fight against human trafficking.
