Kerr County has declared July as Kerr County Animal Awareness and Welfare Month. Kerrville Pets Alive will be utilizing River Hills Mall on the weekends for adoption events. Like the first Shop and Adopt next weekend July 8th and 9th. Adoptable pets are featured on KPA’s Facebook page.
