Kerr Co Commissioners reverse condo decision

Kerr County Commissioners reversed their decision on a variance for a condo builder in Hunt reports the West Kerr Current. Citizenry spoke up and presented their case during the commissioner’s meeting on Monday. Hunt residents expressed their concern over a proposed condo development at Highway 39 and FM 1340 to the Commissioners Court in May. They questioned the court’s approval of a setback variance and a waiver for a water availability study for 1605 Hunt Group LLC. Several residents said they were unaware of the decision and expressed their concern over traffic and the impact of the development to the area.
