Kerr Co ESD positions filled

Kerr County Emergency Services District 2 positions are now filled reports the West Kerr Current. Commissioner Marsha Baumann is the new Vice President. Albert Martinez moved from ESD 1 to ESD 2 and is now the treasurer.
