Kerr Co - Flood Warning System update

An update on a flood warning system was presented to Kerr County Commissioners yesterday by Tom Moser at their meeting. Moser is a former County Commissioner heading up the taskforce for creating and implementing the Guadalupe River Flood Warning System. The project is broken down in six month increments. The first six months is the Design Phase, from July to December. Design plans and RFPs or requests for proposals are in this phase. The next phase is January through June for Design and Development. Contractors to be hired in this phase. June 2026 is the target date for system testing.  (stock photo)
