Kerr Co - Floodplain 101 Town Hall

Floodplain 101 Town Hall tomorrow, Tuesday at the Guadalupe Basin Natural Resources Center, 125 Lehman Drive. Kerrville.  The Kerr County Water Alliance invites you to the collaboration with the Texas Floodplain Management Association from 3:30 – 6:00 pm. This free event is open to the public who want clear answers about floodplain rules, insurance, and safe rebuilding. Visit the Pop-Up Flood Smart Permit Clinic as Certified Floodplain Managers will: Print your property’s FEMA map, Highlight your base flood elevation, Walk you through elevation/no-rise rules and give you  a “Floodplain 101” handout.
