Kerr Co - former Mini-Mart co-owner passes

Sylvia Ann Fritz-Dobbs, of Center Point, co-owner of the Mini-Mart convenience stores passed away in December after being diagnosed with a terminal illness.  Fritz-Dobbs was buried at her family’s ranch in Hunt earlier this month.  She along with her brother David Fritz took over the Mini-Mart business from their parents. The stores were sold to Fischer’s Neighborhoods Markets in 2024.
