After a call for tips, Kerr County resident Felix Barron has been captured reports the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office. He fled to Mexico with the help of his wife. Barron surrendered to Homeland Security on Wednesday. He’s been booked into the Kerr County Jail. His wife was also arrested. Barron’s arrest is due to an allegation of child sexual assault.
