Kerr Co - Ian Collum resigns

A few days before election day. Another change in the Kerr County Elections Department. Citing health reasons, Interim County Clerk Ian Collum has resigned. He was appointed to the position last year after former clerk Jackie Dowdy resigned. Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly will have to appoint an interim to replace Collums replacement. A special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners that has been called for Monday morning at 9 a.m. An interim person is needed to oversee the statewide runoff for the state board of education on May 28th  and the general election in November.
