Kerr County implements a temporary burn ban and no-dig order. Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly has ordered a burn ban from this Friday to next Wednesday in regards to Monday’s eclipse. The no dig order took affect yesterday and will also end next Wednesday. All private and public entities must suspend any underground construction.
