Kerr Co inmate dies in hospital

On Friday at approximately 12:40pm, a Kerr County inmate was found in her single cell, unresponsive. Corrections Officers began lifesaving measures on Deanetta Racquel Vincent and Emergency Medical were summoned. Ms. Vincent was transported to Peterson Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. The cause and manner of death are pending autopsy results. The Texas Rangers are conducting the investigation. Further questions, should be directed to the Texas Rangers.
