Kerr Co - Scam Alert

The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office issues a scam alert for  citizens to take heed. An individual posing as Sergeant Eric Piper from the Warrants Division is making fraudulent calls spoofing the sheriff’s office phone number. If anyone calls asking for personal information or money, hang up. If this individual leaves a voicemail, they are leaving a separate number from the one they called from. Contact the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office and report that information to them.
