Kerr Co - VA Medical Foster Home

Kerr County is asking residents to be a VA Medical Foster Home. The program offers veterans an alternative to a nursing home. Approved veterans live in caregivers homes, receive personalized attention and are supported by the VA’s primary care teams who provide care directly in the home.
