Wine To Water Providing Free Water Quality Testing for Kerr County Residents for Flood Recovery. As part of their response program, Wine to Water, a global non-profit, is offering free testing to local residents who rely on private water sources, such as wells and river pumps. Community members who wish to participate must sign up in advance at www.wtw.org/texas-wqt.  Wine To Water’s disaster response team are in Kerr County through Thursday.
