Kerr County - 3 killed in head-on collision near Center Point

3 die in a fatal crash early Saturday evening on Texas 27 at Bluff Creek in Kerr County. DPS reports that three motorcycles were traveling west on SH 27. Preliminary investigation indicates that a Toyota SUV crossed into the west bound lanes and struck all three motorcycles head-on. Pronounced deceased at the scene were Daniel Cortez Jr. 57, Cody Cortez 34, and Courtney Cortez, 25. A fourth passenger was airlifted to San Antonio.  The driver of the Toyota was treated in Kerrville. Jeremy Wasson 25 of San Antonio has been charged with 3 counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault. He was booked under a 350 thousand dollar bond.
