Kerr County - 3rd rabies case

3rd rabies case this year reported in Kerr County. A deceased bat found at the Kerrville River Trail at Francisco Lemos Street tested positive for rabies last week. KCAS Director Reagan Givens advises residents to stay vigilante and not to touch wild animals including stray dogs and cats. And make sure your pets are vaccinated.
