Kerr County fugitive, Valerie Angelica Menchaca has been caught in Center Point. She had numerous warrants from 2022 for various offenses like bail jumping, theft, and more. The Kerr County Sheriff’s Warrants Division received info on her location. She tried to flee, but to no avail. Sheriff Larry Leitha said “It may take time, but we don’t quit on finding those trying to escape justice.”
