Kerr County Memorial Day

Army Veteran Dalton Rice, Kerrville’s City Manager is the Keynote Speaker for the Kerr County Memorial Day Program today. The event at 10am will take place at the granite war memorial on the Courthouse grounds on Main Street. Local groups are invited to lay wreaths.
