Kerrville - 7 out of 10 amendments approved to city charter

In Kerrville’s special election for 10 amendments to the City Charter. Out of Propositions A through J, Voters voted against Proposition D, increasing terms of office from 2 years to 3 years for both council members and Mayor.  Proposition F, increasing pay for council members and the Mayor plus changing their pay from each meeting to monthly.  and Proposition J, increasing the time the City Manager submits a proposed budget to City Council.
