Kerrville - City Council to designate TIRZ 3

On the agenda for Kerrville City Council which meets Tuesday at 6pm, is An Ordinance designating a geographical area within the Corporate Limits of the City as a Reinvestment Zone Tax Code, to be known as Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Three, or TIRZ City of Kerrville, Texas. According to the Daily Times, TIRZ 3 will assist in the development of the Whiskey Springs Development at IH-10 and State Highway 16.
