Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice

Dalton Rice is the new Kerrville City Manager. City Council voted to negotiate a contract with Rice in August. Rice is an Army veteran with 8 years in municipal government. He previously was the City Manager for Morgan’s Point Resort near Temple. Rice starts Monday, October 2nd.
