Kerrville - Crystal Smith new council member

New Kerrville City Council member sworn in. Crystal Smith was sworn in as Council Member Place 4 during a Special-Called Meeting of the Kerrville City Council on Tuesday. Sworn in as returning Mayor was Joe Herring. Kent McKinney was re-sworn in as Place 3 Councilmember and William Tatsch was sworn in as City Attorney. Outgoing Councilmember and Mayor Pro Tem, Brenda Hughes was recognized for her six years of service to the city.
