Whiskey Springs gets tax breaks plus an economic development agreement from Kerrville City Council. The 787 acre development at the corner of IH-10 and Highway 16 will consist of three luxury hotels, a “tournament-level” 18-hole golf course and 368 residential lots. It will also have a unit of 70 condos and seven commercial lots for a mix of "dining, office and boutique retail,".
