The Dietert Center in Kerrville gets a 10 thousand dollar grant to aid seniors with their pet needs. Reports the Daily Times. Meals on Wheels America is in partnership with PetSmart Charities. The money is for use in its homebound seniors and pet food program. It’s estimated that 80 percent of seniors wouldn’t be able to keep their pets without this service.
