Kerrville’s May 6th election results were certified Tuesday evening - at a special City Council. Although, Jeff Harris won by 8 votes for Place 2, challenger Barbara Dewell Ferguson has asked for a recount which is scheduled for Friday. Kim Clarkson, the outgoing Place 2 council person was honored for her service.
